yes it has a new aac unit and compressor

There is a drain from the condenser to the outside.  When that clogs the water backs up and leaks in to the floor (usually on the passenger side).  Look on the passenger side firewall and see if you can find the drain coming through then use a coat hanger or other nonfactory tool to clean it out.
