Works great. Used it three or four times but can't anymore as they
don't/can't do business in CA anymore. If they do business in your state,
get the forms from them, pay the $150, you'll get back a Bill of Sale for
your car from a state that for whatever your year car they did not issue
titles, just a Bill of Sale. Take that to your DMV, get your car
verified( have it checked to see ##s match to the paperwork), and you will
get your title. Used it for cars from out of state with old paperwork like
signed titles from 1974, stuff I just didn't want to hassle with DMV over.
Broadway's operation was much simpler for me.
Thney are a legitimate business and operating within the law.
