IML: '81 fender tag -- where is it?

I'm cleaning up an '81 I bought from an estate, my first '80s Imperial.
The fender tag is not in any of the usual places.  Yes, I know there was
only one option -- I'm looking for the paint and interior codes.  What am I
missing?
