Do a google search for "Lock-n-Stitch"
or call them 7am/5pm Pacific time at 800-736-8261. They have a process
for repairing cracks in cast iron. I have seen their repairs on exhaust
manifolds and pictures of their repair on cracks in the valve seat area
of engines. At one time I had a video of their process. They have a
catalogue & possibly the video to help in any decision. There may also
be a machine shop in your area which can repair cracked blocks using
their process.
Where is the Block cracked?
Jim
