Subject: Re: IML: '65 Radio Options
There was an AM/FM radio for 1965 but it did not have a search tune bar
and therefore no floor button. The button may have been on all the cars,
but would not have been operative on AM/FM radios.

I
knew that there was something funny aboput this. I have a working factory
AM/FM radio that I had planned on installing in my '65. That idea was nixed
(25 years ago) when I discovered that there was no connection for the floor
switch. Also, it does NOT have the Search Tune Bar above the
dial.
