I had this problem with a 63. Try grounding the front socket.

I don't think that is it either, but flashers are cheap. He might discover something else that is wrong while he is replacing it.

1963 Imperial LeBaron

Left turn signal works properly.
Right turn signal:
-Dashboard indicator bulb stays lit solid.
-Tailight signal bulb stays lit solid.
-Front right turn signal bulb does not light up.
--Switched out bulb with new one. same problem.

does anyone know what I can try to diagnose this problem?
Also, does the 1963 Le Baron come with a hazard flasher switch?
