There's a great article on 39 Imperials in '93 issue of Car Collector Magazine. In it, Jack Pinsker is identified as the restorer of the featured car, a yellow '39 Imperial Victoria Coupe. It features side-facing jumpseats. The author, Dennis Adler, identifies this car as a Hayes-bodied Coupe. The article is here:

Jack Pinsker's 39 Imperial is not a Hayes Bodied Coupe. It is a regular coupe.
