Tim, this is probably condensation.  In spite of the fact that the dog rolled
down the window of that 69 Lebaron, it looks like a cold humid day.

By the way, I recognized that leather patern, its similar to my 68 LeBaron.  I
did not know that the leather paterns carried over to 69.  I know the 67
Leather paterns were a bit different.
