RE: IML: 1957 Window

Tom:
The window seal is a zipper type but first you will have to remove all
the trim from around the window. The top and sides clip in except for 1
screw in the lower corner piece. The bottom trim is bolted in from
inside the trunk.
After removing the trim unlock the seam in the rubber seal and fold the
glass side inside the body side. Apply some soapy water solution to the
glass and push it out from inside the car, with a helper outside to
prevent it from shattering on the trunk deck of course. Wear gloves and
work carefully.

Subject: IML: 1957 Window

Does anyone have a writeup or tips to remove the rear window from a
1957? I
looked through the site, but did not find one.

Thanks all
Tom
