Check the contacts inside the steering wheel. If they're the problem (and
don't just need cleaning), you could always put a horn button in to get it
inspected, while you look for the correct fix.

I think the answer is yes, as long as the number of bolt holes is the
same (4 or 6). Someone more clueful will chime in soon, no doubt.
