Dennis - the Roadrunner cam was a 264 intake, 284 exhaust duration.
Mopar also makes a 284/284 with a .484 lift, which is 1 step down from the .509
cam. The .484 cam is the largest they recommend for a automatic
transmission. I'd go with the next step down which is their 280/280 .474
lift, which is their old street hemi grind. Good midrange torque and
power. Year One lists it at 169.00 for the cam and lifters, but you can
find it cheaper. By the way, the .509 cam will require new valve springs,
