IML: Imperial wheel bolt patterns

the subject of Imperial wheel bolt patterns has come up on another list.

I know that the 5 on 5" pattern was used for many years, at least 1967-1973.
This is the same pattern as the Ford pickups right?  Which has the "small"
center hole?

Were the 74/75s 5 on 5" or were they smaller?

What about the 57-66?
