Mike,

A little while back I agreed to take pictures to illustrate what's on the
site now.  I can't find that e-mail, but I think it was Kenyon that asked.
I'm just glad to help out.  It might be a couple weeks until I get to it,
but the car is in the garage now, and the garage has heat.  I'll let
everyone know when I get to that point.

That would be awesome if you could come up with a "How-To" article on this 
conversion, and a great help to boxcar Budd owners everywhere.  When you get

to that point, feel free to send any photos, how-to write-ups, parts lists, 
etc. to my lovely wife (Christine) and she will make up a page for the club 
website's "Repair" section.
