Here is a link to the actual Washington state revised codes,  since a 
thread was started about this, and it gives the actual wording regarding 
collectors and other plates here.  Quoting it  "........may only be used for 
participation in club activities, exhibitions, tours, parades and occasional 
pleasure driving ."  It DOES NOT specify particular calendar days, dates or 
specified times that a clerk at the DOL may have mentioned.

Personally, in light  of all the other activities that law enforcement is 
charged with in their day to day routine, that going after someone who might 
be driving their Imperial too often is going to be high on their priority 
list.  Anyway, theres the link if anyone wants to read it for themselves.
