I have a 66 & a 67, both with tilt/tele, and although the internal tilt/tele 
mechanisms are essentially the same, the rest is different -  on the 66, the 
turn switch arrangement, gear shift indicator mechanism, bu light switch, 
lower column housing, column mounting etc are different to the 67. You would 
have to do more than a little modification to adapt a 67 column I would 
think.
