As long as the trailer is wide enough to hold the Imp you should be ok
on a ten mile trip. The reason this is bad for the car is that the
rear-end turns the driveshaft which is spinning parts in the trans but
the pump isn't running so you aren't getting any lubrication to those
moving parts. If your going a long way you would want to pull the
driveshaft to avoid messing up the transmission.
