RE: IML: Front-wheel-drive Imperial? >>Contest<<



I think that you may be right, but I believe that it was '32 and the name of the Chrysler concept car was the Star Car. It was influential in the design of the Airflow, but they didn't use the front wheel drive. Now that I think about it, was it front wheel drive, or was it rear wheel drive with a rear mounted engine?

I should look that up in one of my old reference books.
