IML: 64 Imperial eBay investigation

When I reported the possible fraudulent auctions on the red '64's to eBay they replied that while they would investigate, they would not let me know the outcome due to privacy reasons. However, I got an email from them stating that they found that one of the auctions was fraudulent and the other guy's pictures had been swiped, and thanking me for the report. It appears that the auction with the $7000 buy it now is the good one as it is still up and the other one cancelled. They didn't say if they took any other action against the bad guy.
