This light monitors oil pressure, temperature, and the fuel gauge. It is operated by independent oil pressure and temperature sending units. The fuel warning is connected to the gauge. You could have a faulty sender, or maybe the connection to the fuel gauge is intermittently failing. I had a 69 imperial many years ago and had the same problem but I thought it was the alternator not putting out enough juice. It has anew battery and the alternator was checked. > >Thanks Guys and Girls. > >__________________________________________________ >Do You Yahoo!? >Tired of spam? ?Yahoo!
