These two have been run
before. He makes the usual mistake of putting his
starting bid too high. If he started them out at $100, they’d probably bring
about $1000 for the pair, maybe more. The 83 looks really nice, and the
snowflake wheels are worth almost his price. The usual situation with these EFI cars
that someone has given up on is something really stupid (like the air cleaner lid
is loose – my favorite). I’ve bought 4 of these “dead”
cars over the years, 3 of them pretty cheap, and I’ve driven every single
one of them home after a few minutes of fiddling. Step on up here, guys – and get yourself
a delightful car very cheap – I’ve retired or I’d snap them
