IML: 61 Imperial Window Sticker Info

Hello 61 Imperial owners, I had purchased one of those blank window stickers on Ebay for a 61 Imperial.

         What I need is to find out the codes for the options, so I can type them on it. And the style of lettering to use.

Could someone out there send me a nice closeup photo of their 61 window sticker that I could use as a guide to print mine?
