Steering Wheel Repair

Teresa
I "chased around" a lot looking for a solution to the steering wheel problem on my '59 LeBaron.
It appeared impossible to find a replacement or an individual/small company/anyone who could repair steering wheels.
Eventually I found D & D Automobilia who built me a new one. The job was excellent (a few other IML'ers have had one built by him and share that opinion).
It is not an inexpensive solution.

Hello all:

I understand that there is a company in Florida somewhere who does complete refurbishment of steering wheels to make them just like new.  Anyone out there tried this or aware of who does it?  The old man that I talked to who had it done couldn't remember the name of the company that he sent his to, just said that he found them in Hemmings.  I could not find an ad for this company, however, probably cause this old man had his done better than ten years ago.

Can anyone help me out here?

Thanks.

If the cracks are VERY minor, they can often be polished out.
