Check for a vacuum leeak at the rear of the intake manifold. It sounds like there is a "tap" back there for a vacuum source (like one for the parking brake release, - a good sized leak here would kill both those cylinders at idle. Otherwise, get the torque wrench out and torque the intake manifold bolts (35 lbs-ft).
