Things that make you go Hmmmm???

Being a newbie I was reviewing the Imperial website and saw the production
numbers for my 59 Crown, I also saw there were more than 3 times as many
Crowns 4dr hardtops made that year. 
 When I looked at the condition scale, I saw that the 4dr hardtops were
listed at almost $1200 more in value. Anyone have an Idea as to why a
lower production car has less value?
 Just wondering if I should look at getting a 59 4dr hardtop.
