Replacing parking lights on a 90s Imperial?

I seem to recall reading that this job requires dealer service.

According to a picture in the '92 service manual, - the parking lamp assy's
are attached to the front bumper fascia.  Is this the case?
If so, - then it states to remove the lamp assy (I assume there are
fasteners of some sort there, - probably a couple of those "torx" things),
from the bumper, then remove the socket & bulb from the lamp assembly, and
"replace bulb if necessary".
