They all have paint behind the spokes, just different colors (e.g., silver vs black) in certain years. The link to the IML website I gave in my last post shows and explains it all. Look at 1966 through 1969 for the variations of this one design (oddly shared with three body styles).

The only difference between the 1967 and 1968 wheelcovers are the way they are painted. The 1967 wheelcovers have a painted center, while the 1968's have paint behind the the spokes with a non painted center.
