I had a 70 Caddy Deville Convertible several years ago that was ordered with what they called “full leather”.  The entire seat, including sides, back and headrest, as well as the door panels were leather.

Cadillac Eldorados in  their peak years used leather all over doors dash seat backs sides all .. I didnt see the original question. Id nver redo a leather car in vinyl but I would ugrade a door panel to leather like those on 56 Imps.
