I finally bought my 61

Congrats to Mark on your 61 purchase!
I am still waiting on my 61 Imp 2-Dr. purchased on E bay. It was sold with clear title until I had won the car- and then there was a BIG mess with estate documents - the widow reluctant to sign & all! - Well, finally I had got a title for it sent to me with photos of the VIN plate & odometer before the check was sent out. The seller had all good ratings so I thought I would just be patient.
This has been going on since Jan. 10 of this year. Finally, now my delivery company should be picking up the Imp. sometime this week, and it will be on it's journey from Montana to Alliance, Ohio!!! Been too long of a wait though ( sight unseen just photos).
Good luck! Rob Kidd  65 Conv.

Hey list! congrats to me on my latest purchase.

I just bought my 1961 Imperial.  It was the red one on ebay which sold last sunday.  I decided to finally go for it.  So I imagine that I will be asking more questions once I get it here. Incidentally it is in Kansas City and I was wondering if anyone in the club is or knows of anyone deadheading this way with an empty trailer (I am in the LA area) or if you may know of good inexpensive shipping?  I am looking forward to the event in 1000 oaks next month.  Love to hear from anyone concerning the car I just bought.

My car list grows but finally needs to stop... until I get my 74 Imperial I guess.
