Thank you for your replies. I have solved this repair by using a spare
lighting array panel that lights up every rod, quite by my surprize. The
cluster is together for my '63 Crown's instrument panel complete w/rubber
vibration dampeners installed correctly, thanks to the help from the list
members, yet again. It was good to see it all light up like a neon sign,
soon to have a fully working capacitor for power pack this week.
Emitting radiation as the factory proscribed, thanks again.
