Are you sure of this? A four door sedan is far too mundane of a vehicle for
the Queen of England to be transported around in, after using Rolls and
British Daimler limos in Britain. Surely they would have supplied a
limousine, and a custom one to boot? If they could supply a limo to
MacArthur why would they furnish her with anything less? On top of that her
Coronation also took place in 1953 so I highly doubt whether she would have
gone on an international tour in that year. This doesn't mean that they
didn't build a commemorative car of some sort but I would think that it
would have been handed over as a gift. The only North American tour that I
can recall took place in 1959, although she did attend the opening of the
St. Lawrence Seaway prior to that.
