Dan, Funny you should ask about this supplier. I emailed him a while back asking about the carpet set. I explained in great detail what the carpet looked like in my '65 convertible. I happened to have a 2' x 2' piece right next to my computer that I had removed from my Imperial file so I mentioned the twisted fibers, the clipped ends and the overall course look to the carpet. It may be referred to as cut pile but none of the current cut pile carpet sets evenly remotely resemble it! Guess what Dan? NO REPLY!!!!! I'd wait and see if he responds to my request for a sample or if he even answers my questions at all! I am still hoping to hear back from Jim at Collector's Auto Supply who is checking with his supplier to see if he can get the 'correct' carpet for my '65! I'll keep everyone posted!
