Laurie,
To me, Armor All really is greasy! I was told
by a very knowledeable and experienced person in the car hobby that Armor
All can actually dry out a dash pad which is as bad as not
putting anything on it all. Another product I have used on vinyl tops and
interiors is called Vinyl ReNu made by a company in the Pacific Northwest,
Auto Tech. It is a creme conditioner that it soaks into the vinyl and
rejuvenates it like nothing else! No greasy film or look to it at all and
it doesn't dry out like the Armor All products. I use that product
extensively on other makes I own with vinyl interiors! Meguiars also makes
wonderful product,
Leather Wipes, for a quick but effective way
of cleaning lightly soiled leather interiors and giving them a rich look without
being greasy. Many companies make these wipes but Meguiars has proven to
me to be the best! Meguiars products aren't inexpensive but what product
is that is really a good product?

wax
Before My current job, I worked
in a parts house for 18 years. The Meguiars products are very good, indeed. As
far as Armor All goes, I don't even use it on the interior anymore as it seems
to ATTRACT dust.

I use Meguiars Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner and Conditioner on
another make's vinyl top and am very satisfied with the results.
The product goes on easily and really gives a rich look to the top once
it dries I would wonder if the liquid floor wax would cause some
discoloration of the vinyl over time (yellowing). Maybe not.
Meguiars is a well known name in the auto care products industry and so
far, I haven't gone wrong by using anything from
them.
