New Year's Party

Well, I am on Central time so I expect most to be arriving about 10 PM my
time.  This will allow the Easterners to arrive just before 2004 their time
and the rest of us can get an idea of what kind of year 2004 is going to be
by talking to those who are already there.

12 AM Atlantic
11 PM Eastern
10 PM Central
9 PM Mountain
8 PM Pacific

Of course there are often people there at other times so just drop in when
you can.  It'll be nice to see ya'll.
