Welcome on board. You own one of the lowest production
convertables. You better hope they don't find out the real value of that car or
they will want you to work for the next 20 years.I would say you got yourself a
bargain.

coupe,( Black with Red leather).
Self-Introduction: Hello,my name
is Michael and I just bought a 1961 Imperial convertable from a friend of
my sister.I saw the car a couple of years ago and couldn't stop thinking
about it,( it was so fugly it was cool ).I kept bugging my sister to see if
they might sell it too me but they wouldn't, until now !!"Persistence is
everything". They sold it to me for $4,500,a Honda Generator,my best WWII
Rifle, and I have to be their working slave on their 500 acre ranch in the
hills of Gonzalus calif.until the end of Jan.04.They kept the car on their
property on the side of a hill where all the mice live, and hadn't driven it
for a couple of years. I was suprised that it was in such O.K. condition
and that it still ran well.It has one slightly ugly fender, and is missing
one tail light lens and one hub cap and thats it.I think it's a real good
from the ground up fixer uper and thats what I'm going to do!! Chow
