daily driver

Hi Gang.

 I'm looking for a good daily driver for work. I found a nice 1990 Imperial
with 86,000 miles on it. Body is clean with no dings, dents or rust.
He's asking $2,500 obo. Sign on the window said "runs good."

Question: Is this the going price for the car?
