Hello All!!...I have noticed several ads in a few publications ( like
Hemmings) from a supplier or specializing company for "wiring harnesses" that
are either made up (custom, I guess) or generic for a number of cars. However,
as much as I wish it were true, I can't believe that anyone makes a
replacement wiring harness for my '66 convertible, or for any other 60's or
newer Imperial because of all the electrical gadgets (from AC to Windows) that
some of these cars have on them. But I have to ask the question "Has ANYONE
out there had any experience or 'luck', GOOD or BAD , in trying to get new
wiring for their Imperial? I am assuming that the wiring would have to be
custom depending upon the options included on a vehicle but this may not be
the case....I was just curious as I have been thinking about the wirng on my
two convert's......(I obviously have too much time on my hands, right?)
If anyone has their 2 cents to offer please feel free to contact me directly
(dan.donna.m@xxxxxxx) or via the IML.
Thanks!
