Imperial Sighting!

Hey all! Today I went for a dusk drive around town,
and saw a parked silver/tan 90's Imperial (the 2nd
Imperial I've EVER seen in my area!).

Looked a tad rough but rust free, folding headlights
were stuck open...

couldn't find the owner sadly, and it was not for
sale.

So now I've seen a really rough black one and this one
in the greater Syracuse area. I'm thinking it
originally was out of town as it is rust free.... and
it definately looked like it had miles on it, so it's
not like some old lady had it garaged since it was
newer (thus saving it front the rust!).

Hey, sometime this week I may start calling around to
see if I can locate the front end of a 90's Imperial
locally or even semi distantly. Also looking for the
'92 EVIC... wish me luck!

BTW_ got some news! Making progress in finding a way
to eliminate the A604 TCM... thus allowing for stick
shifting, or, if you want a cooler, IMPish setup, we
can bring pushbutton shifting and implement it into
our 90's Imperials!!! Just a thought (email me if you
want to know more on this- way too technical for this
list... not to say this list doesn't have smart
people, it certainly does, its just that I doubt an
Imperial list would allow me to go OT enough to cover
several dozen pages explaining a micro controller
circuit which is in my head!:)

Hey- had an other idea for my Dynasty- er Imperial
clone project- what about throwing an Imperial rear
end on too (would require some frabrication work)...
maybe throw on a vynal roof... would look like a short
Imperial.... could call it the "Dodge Imperial".... thoughts?
