Faceplate for '66 AM/FM radio

Gang--I found a nicely priced AM/FM radio for my Coupe, but the owner does
not have the face plate. Can anyone help me out with this item? Also, he's
not sure if it was working with a station search foot switch, which I
already have for my current AM radio. Does anyone know how to 'swap' the
leads so that I can use the scan switch with the AM/FM? Many thanks,
