Champion vs. Autolite -- "inside" info

Hello All;
 Much as it was an interesting explanation of the manufacturing processes of
some different brands of spark plugs, I really think that the issue of
spark plugs has been thoroughly exhausted by now. If you want to try one
brand over another and find that you don't like them it's not really the end
of the world to change them.
  I have noticed that there is far less discussion over what brand of
pistons, rings, or gaskets to use in a rebuild then there is with spark
plugs. Yet these parts are far more difficult to change and can cause much
greater damage should something go wrong.
  I am sorry but it seems like every week there is a thread about spark
plugs and the only impression that I can gather, which is the same every
week, is to use Autolites. I subscribed to the Imperial Mailing List not the
Spark Plug Mailing list, please drop this thread and move onto something
more interesting.
Best Regards
