66 engine cutting out at highway speeds

I replaced the fuel filter in October when I did the 
plugs, wires, belts, air filter, spark plug rotor & cap. 
but I will check it in the morning. I just thought it 
was odd that it stopped for 6 weeks after I got the 
fuel pump replaced & now stared up again.
