All other factors aside, these lamps simply did not exist midway through 1967
production (unless they had geared up for '68 reallllly early). I don't recall
time travel being briefly possible during 1967...
They could have drilled all the holes they wanted (if they wanted, which as
Bill astutely noted woulda been very unlikely), but the lamps themselves would
have to have been shipped to the factory via a time machine set six months into
the future.

But I sincerely doubt that any 1967 model came from the factory with side
marker lights. I cannot see Chrysler paying someone to drill holes in the
fenders for a light, and there is no way they would spend the dollars to modify
the tooling to accept side lights for a few dozen or even hundred cars.
