FYI:  

If anyone has or gets material that isn't up on the site and they'd like
to have it added to the site, we have a group of volunteers that can do
everything needed for you if you mail us your item, or we can coach you
through the scanning process if you want to scan the item yourself. 
(Please ask us about scanner settings before starting, as there are a few
easy guidelines that we need to make things look good on the computer
screen.)

If you have lit, pictures, or info that we don't yet have posted, please
raise your hand and then contact us.

Our volunteers can be found on the button at the bottom of the OIC web
page under "Support Staff".  People have chosen yearly pages to adopt, and
each is a great resource if you have something that fits for their years. 
I can help too, if you have general questions.

We're all hoping that Steve B. has shaved since that picture was taken,

Now the reward for reading this far, an update on our club's website:

The Website continues to grow by leaps and bounds.  Many great items have
been added lately, including additions to the Master Technicians Service
Conference, an additional training supplement that was sent to dealerships
as an addendum to the standard field service manual.  We also have a bunch
of newly posted magazine ads for many years appearing, as well as
!complete! Field Service Manuals (FSM's), which will continue to show up
as they get completed.

The volunteer group is quietly setting the stage for a website so complete
that you can find out almost anything that you want to know about the
Imperial.  If you haven't been in there lately, you owe yourself a visit.


I'd like to take you over to some of the pages (below) that I think are
pretty cool that aren't always obvious, but are a lot of fun to look at.

Don't be bashful about clicking on the page guides at the upper left to go
back up to the main pages where these items are - you never know what else
is waiting for you there!

Here you go.  


Not all FSM's are up, but chances are that there is or will be soon a
manual from one of the cars that shares your mechanicals, so poke around
in other, similar years if you don't see your car's book.  These cars
share so much that my 1960 and 1963 were almost identical for most
practical mechanical purposes.  (My 1973 shares an almost identical
steering box to the 1960 and a few other items....)

Thanks in advance for keeping your eyes open for anything that we don't
have up on the site yet, and thanks to Marc W. for snagging (and offering
to share with the site) that Imperial Engineering Study on ebay just
now...
