Radial tire introductions to US market

Sorry to disagree with Dsquared, but Radial tires were standard equipment on some luxury cars starting in 1968, but I don't believe this included Imperials.

I know for a fact that Michelin Radials were standard on Lincoln (sorry, Jeff I.) "69" Mark IIIs, which were in production from April of 68 (I have one).  Radials were delivered on many European cars from the mid 50s, perhaps earlier.  My Peugeot 403 (sorry again, Jeff) also came with Michelin radials, in 1958.

I'll try to be good, now.  Go back to bed, Jeff.
