Hi Mike, it depends on how much you need.  Just the inner panel exclusive of the flanges and fender lip would be around 50 or so.  The whole thing including fender lips down to the flange that welds into the inner panel is considerably more difficult and therefore more expensive.
 
If you can communicate exactly what your problem areas are I can give you some advice as to how to proceed as well as a better estimate of the cost.
