Have your mechanic order a new master cylinder for a '67 Chrysler (drum
brakes). I'm using a Bendix # 11323 dual MC on my '60 Crown --it fits the
bolt pattern perfectly and there is enough clearance to get the cover off.

Big Red had her brake checkup and the results
were better than I expected.
My mechanic is
positive he can swap my single MC for a dual MC. He also outlined
the resulting modification that would be necessary to do this.
His biggest concern is getting a dual MC that fits into the
space of the original and also being able to mount it to the firewall.
Was '67 was the first year Imperial had a dual MC? and
What year dual MC is the optimum one to put into a '61 Crown?
