'81-'83 digital dash speed limit

I have seen some of these dashes that read more than 85mph. They have been
replacement dashes that came with the retrofit kit. Although not all that
came with the kits read over 85, who knows. I have one that reads higher,
but in the dozen dashes I have out of cars I don't know now which one it is.
