another stupid 81-83? belt tension



I don't understand why someone would have changed the brackets when
installing a 360, as the engine block is basically the same, but since the
car has had some modification, I'm afraid you're on your own.   As Dan Wing
says, there has to be a way, just clean stuff off and look, you'll find it!
