Your radiator cap is the wrong type, or else the seal is not working.  Try a
new radiator cap, and be sure you get one for a coolant recovery system.
Inspect the sealing surface at the top of the radiator neck, it must be
smooth and clean or the vacuum won't pull the coolant back into the radiator
from the recovery system.
