Deciphering Engine Tranny Casting Numbers

Greetings list,

I am considering purchasing a used 440/tranny combo to
rebuild and recieved the following numbers from the
current owner. I was hoping one of you list members
with the engine code cracking books could decipher
them for me. 

engine stamp # CH41K9C152409 Cast # 2536430-6

Head # ' s are  3769975      400645 2
                 30    F        6
