POR-15 Rust Treatment. (was: checking in, my bird bath)

Hi Bill,(and List)

I'd recommend POR-15 for the rust issue you described below. Check your 
local Bodyshop Supply store for it. I'd stay away from the gloss-black if 
you are going to paint over it.
